CLIFTON PARK DENTAL COVID UPDATE

To our valued patients,
It has been approximately four and a half months that Clifton Park Dental has been reopened since the mandated NYS dental office closure in March 2020.
As a team, and with the help of our wonderful patients, we have pulled together to navigate through the uncharted waters of COVID. It has required great emotional strength, dedication, and determination to attain our goal of creating the safest environment for treating our patients. Our team has successfully implemented enhanced disinfection protocols, along with new COVID policies and procedures which have led to a secure, COVID free environment in our office during these months.
Clifton Park Dental would like to share with our current and future patients the knowledge that our continued success against COVID is reliant on our practice continuing to uphold these new policies. We will not waiver in our commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our patients and staff.
As we continue to move forward, it is important to emphasize that your dental health is our top priority. Studies repeatedly show a strong correlation between good oral health and your overall health. During these times, when people may have greater fears and insecurities about the future, we confidently encourage our patients to continue your scheduled visits to our office and feel safe in proceeding with the recommended dental treatment that we, as your dental care providers feel is necessary.
To successfully defend ourselves against the COVID-19 virus, we need to do everything in our power to keep our bodies healthy. Poor oral health, along with procrastination or avoidance of seeking dental care will inevitably lead to pain, premature tooth loss, and progression of both dental and systemic disease.
Our patients are important to us and with the implementation of our numerous safety measures to address the COVID crisis we feel you can safely receive all emergent and non-emergent dental care at our office.

As a side note, we were listening to the song “The Prayer” by Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli and many of the lyrics so eloquently verbalized the thoughts we are having during this time. We encourage all of you to take the opportunity to listen to the song loudly with your eyes closed as it resonates such a message of hope in a time when we need it the most.
