WELCOME NEW MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM…

Clifton Park Dental is happy to announce the addition of two new members to our team…Caroline and Jodi.

Caroline has joined us as an administrative assistant with over 30 years of dental experience having started her career in 1987. She is a lifelong resident of Halfmoon whose education includes being a graduate of Shenendehowa High School, Hudson Valley Community College and Siena College.

Caroline is married to her husband of over 25 years and they both enjoy their handsome Goldendoodle, Dexter.

In her free time Caroline enjoys cruising, camping and spending time with family and friends.

We feel lucky to have Caroline as part of our dental team. Her positive attitude and exceptional professional demeanor are two of her many wonderful qualities that we enjoy every day!

Jodi has joined our office as a full-time hygienist. She attended Hudson Valley Community College and has worked diligently since her graduation from the dental hygiene program in 2004.

Jodi’s favorite aspect about being a hygienist is getting to know each patient, understanding their specific needs and meeting those needs in a positive, caring environment. We are enjoying Jodi’s enthusiasm and her clinical expertise in dental hygiene.

Jodi and her husband Greg reside in Clifton Park where they are parents to their children Michael and Giana and their dog Teddy. Outside the office, Jodi enjoys spending time with family and friends engaging in a variety of activities.

Nancy Agins, our beloved hygienist and friend, retired from the dental profession at the end of February 2018.

Nancy has been a dental hygienist at Clifton Park Dental for 24 years! She has dedicated her time, excellent dental skills and her heart to so many appreciative patients over the years. All of us at Clifton Park Dental are so grateful to have had Nancy working with us every day. Nancy inspired us with her incredible work ethic and professionalism…attributes that are hard to come by in this day and age. We will miss you, Nancy, and wish you the best in the years to come!

Premier Practice

We are delighted to announce that our office, Clifton Park Dental, was chosen as the Premier Practice of the Month for January, 2018 by Bonadent Dental Laboratories!

This honor means a great deal to us as we were selected amongst thousands of other dental offices. We are being recognized for the dental cases we complete with this lab as well as the great working relationship we continue to foster between us.

At Clifton Park Dental, our doctors spend many hours in training and receiving continuing education to provide our patients with the best care possible. However, an integral part of this task is working with an exceptional lab such as Bonadent. Their knowledge and skill level aids us in our determination to provide excellent work in our office.

Expanding Our Dental Expertise

All three doctors in our office just came back from a two day dental seminar at the highly regarded Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The exceptional educators at the Institute, combined with the diversity of dental topics and hands on workshops available makes our doctors not only better technique oriented, but continues to broaden their knowledge in all facets of dentistry.

This approach encourages the dentist to expand his or her knowledge with treatment planning complex cases as well as learning to provide better solutions to patients’ needs.

Walking For a Worthy Cause

At Clifton Park Dental we try to get involved and give our support to a few great local organizations.

CAPTAIN Youth and Family Services is one of them. This organization provides support and assistance to young people, adults, and families in need. This fall members of our office participated in the first annual Captain's Walk to raise awareness of the organization and the hope it brings to so many families in Saratoga County.

Even our dogs Cash and Duke decided to participate!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and at Clifton Park Dental, we like to support research being done to find a cure for breast cancer. This cancer has touched the lives of many of our family and friends. We are lucky to see many of them have successfully beaten breast cancer due to early detection and the research being done to aid in the treatment of breast cancer.

You will see our staff wearing pink for the month of October and all of our disposable items, such as cups, bibs, suction tips, etc. are colored pink. A portion of what we pay for these items goes towards cancer research.

So be like Clifton Park Dental, wear pink and support breast cancer!!
